We offer appointments from 9.00am to 6.00pm Mon to Fri.

Home visits are available to those whom because of disability are unable to attend the clinics.

Initial appointments are 45 minutes but can be 1 hour. Subsequent appointments will vary with the problem and will range from 30-45 minutes.

Before any action is taken, the therapist will assess your condition, diagnose the problem and help you to understand what is wrong. They will work with you to develop an effective treatment plan that takes into account your lifestyle, leisure activities and general health. This will include advice on how you can help yourself, for example, you may be shown exercises that you can do between treatment sessions.

Booking an Appointment
You may contact the practice directly for an appointment as you do not need a doctor's referral, although your GP will usually be informed of your treatment.

Most private health insurance companies will cover physiotherapy but you must check with your company first and you may need your GP's signature on the claim form.
