Profile - Shelagh started studying Health Kinesiology part time in 2003 and qualified as a professional practicioner in December 2007. At the beginning she was participating solely for personal growth and health improvement, but as she progressed throughout her training she was amazed at the health improvements people were experiencing. Shelagh therefore decided to share her knowledge and start a small business 'Enhanced Wellbeing', to offer others the chance to experience improved health through Health Kinesology.
